On a Sunday morning, on 23rd of October 2016, a group of Montreal Toheed Society members brought to Montreal the first pop-up Street Store. The aim of this event was to collect clothing and other essential articles from our community members and to hang up these items for those in need to pick from.

The screening of Tanhavash wildlife documentary took place on Saturday, November 25th 2017. Montreal Toheed Society, in collaboration with WWF McGill Student Club, Sierra Club Quebec and McGill Wildlife Association (MWA), hosted the screening at Concordia University.
In our last Street Store event, we identified specific needs of the homeless in this time of year in Montreal. They are in extreme need of warm hats, socks, gloves, and scarfs. So our second Street Store has the goal of providing exclusively these items for the homeless.
The Third Bi-annual Orientation for Newly Arrived Farsi Speaking Students in Montreal was held on the 14th and 15th of January 2017. The topics covered were those relevant to all newcommers in town with a focus on those most relevant to students.
Montreal Toheed Society's first workshop on women's health was held at McGill university on Sat. Dec. 3. It was in collaboration with Centre de santé des femmes de Montréal and was focued on Feminine Hygiene, Sexual Health and Birth Control.Second workshop will happen on Sat. Dec. 10 and will focus on Pregnancy, Childbirth and Postpartum Care. This workshop is free of charge, for women only and is in English.
